It always depends on how the effect is used. Thank you all for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon. My question to you all is, when you watch a bad AMV, what specific effects do you frequently seen associated with them or what effects make for some of the worst AMVs, and why do they not work with their videos? definitely helped give some pointers, but if you asked me to name any specific effects used, I wouldn't be able to tell you. The Scientifically Worst AMV: A Tragedy in 37 Parts by Illea and co. I'm still working around and fussing with the tools however, I don't have many specific names for some of the bad effects I have seen (All I know is that they don't look good and they don't blend well). I know a decent amount of the jokes I'm going to be inserting in the AMV (A few classic techniques if you will) however, the jokes discussed have more to do with the actual footage than the tools/ effects used on said footage. The whole point of this video will be completely for satire, though, once the video is finished, I'll probably need someone to beta-view it just to make sure I don't cross any lines. It's current name is known as "The Case Study of the AMV Troll", and I'm hoping to highlight common mistakes I,as well as undoubtedly the rest of you, have observed in either amateur AMV makers or in AMV makers who don't put much effort in their projects. I'm pretty new here, and I'm currently working on my first "real" AMV ever.
